So I'd be saving $500 a money in personal savings if I switched most likely. I am paid well for my area, but money only does so much. I have only gotten them by requesting that other facilities send my manager an invite for me to join them. Theoretically, they are supposed to give me a ton of training and opportunities to grow. They fire people on the spot once they find out you are interviewing. I paid out of pocket for extra training in my field. I have no friends outside of work, though I have some really good friends at work. Requested an intern to help my work load. I've requested training (no one every trained me for my projects. Recently found out every other location of my company has 3-4 people do my job. I am constantly asked why more work isn't done or why I did it the way I did. I work minimum 10 hour days, one weekend a month, on call 24/7, manager is an ass. I have gotten requests to work other places.
